1. The machine can perform shrink packaging with bottom trays or without bottom trays in two rows, three rows, four rows, etc., according to production requirements. When changing the packaging format, only the switch on the panel and the corresponding positioning block need to be replaced.
2. Uses a reducer for smooth and jitter-free feeding and film delivery. For packaging with colored film, a color mark positioning system is required for accurate positioning.
3. Features specially designed sealing knives for firm sealing, no cracking, and reduced blade sticking. The plastic steel conveyor belt is wear-resistant and has high strength.
4. The feeding conveyor belt can be designed for left-side or right-side feeding according to site requirements.
5. SF-6040E adopts imported dual-power fan motors, ensuring uniform heat distribution inside the furnace cavity for a more aesthetic shrinkage effect.
6. Solid steel rods with imported silicone tubes for durability. Different materials can be used for conveyor chains according to different products.
7. Speed controlled by frequency converter for stepless adjustment. Equipped with a large air volume cooling system, the product cools quickly after shrinkage. An optional aluminum worktable at the rear end prevents the packaged product from falling to the ground.
8. Suitable for sealing and cutting shrink packaging of products such as beer, mineral water, cans, glass bottles, tape bottles, and circular products without trays.
