1. When installing equipment, the purchaser must organize personnel to be responsible for the installation, and the supplier is responsible for guiding the installation, debugging and trial operation at the purchaser's site.
2. Before the goods leave the factory, the supplier shall conduct comprehensive tests according to the inspection items and test methods specified in the product technical standards. The supplier shall provide inspection reports, product quality certificates and valid reliability test reports when the goods leave the factory.
3. The supplier shall, in conjunction with the installation, commissioning and trial operation process of the equipment, conduct planned on-site training for the operation and maintenance personnel of the demand side on the structural performance, correct operation and maintenance techniques of the equipment.
4. The equipment warranty period is one year. If quality problems are found during the warranty period, the supplier will send someone to the site to deal with it within 24 hours after receiving the demander's letter or call. Repairs will be free of charge. If the equipment cannot be repaired, it will be replaced free of charge.
5. After the equipment warranty expires, we will maintain long-term after-sales service and provide spare parts supply.
